Party Quiches

Whether it’s for breakfast or brunch, mini quiches are perfect for party nibbles, and can be made ahead of time and warmed up just when you need them! It is quick and easy to do, you could get your little one to help you.

What you'll learn

- You will make two flavours of quiches - Ham/mushroom, Onion/vegetables.
- Individual work: Learn to make short crust pastry, mould the pastry into the tart casings, prepare fillings.
