The perfect macaron, with a crisp shell that melts in your mouth, followed by a soft and slightly sticky inner layer that is unforgettable once you try it. Coupled with the colorful colors, this unique sweetness is really hard to put down.

Chef Nick will personally teach you the technique of “brilliant macarons with skirts”, and also teach you five excellent fillings at once: Earl Grey chocolate, Rich Chocolate, Raspberry, Caramel brûlée, and Hazelnut chocolate.
