French Apple Tarte & Citrus Orange Tarte

Join us for an exciting and flavorful baking class where you’ll master two classic French tarts: the French Apple Tarte and the Citrus Orange Tarte. Both of these delightful desserts showcase the best of French pastry techniques and are a perfect blend of sweetness, tanginess, and flaky goodness. This class will walk you through making these tarts from scratch, including preparing the tart crust, making the fillings, and finishing with expert tips on presentation.
