Chinese Savoury Pastries

There’s so much variety you can made in a Chinese pastry class other than just beef or pork flavours. Chef Hugo will be sharing five classic and unique flavours of pastries fillings using hand-made dough .

– Corn and Shrimp
– Century Preserved egg and coriander Fish
– Luffa Sakura Shrimp Chicken
– Lava Black pepper Cheese
– Bonus: Taiwan style Scallion pancake
