Korean Style Flaky Egg Tarts Series
In this class, you will learn how to make Korean pastry egg tarts with layers of flakiness and rich aroma. The course content covers simple techniques for making egg tart crusts, discloses two different methods of tart crust and teaches the techniques for kneading and shaping egg tart crusts so that every egg tart can be perfectly presented. More importantly, you will master the importance of baking egg tarts to ensure the perfect texture of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
