You will be learning 2 types of pastries consist of flaky pastry filled with a silky smooth egg custard and Portuguese Egg Tarts. They’re buttery, sweet, and undeniably delicious. We will teach you 5 flavours – Coconut fillings, Silky smooth Egg tarts, Blueberry Cheese Tarts, Portuguese Egg Tarts and Hongkong style egg tarts.
