This is a hot favourite, Luo Song Bread aka Russian Bread. You can’t stop after one bite as its aroma, wonderful sweet and salty taste is irresistible . In this class, Teacher Pony will lead everyone to make mini Russian bread, which is one-third the size of commercially available bread!
From kneading, fermentation, dividing, rounding, shaping to baking, students are personally involved in every step. Even beginners or students with zero experience can become familiar with it through the practicing after class.

Many thanks to Brenda and her team for giving me a wonderfully fulfilling baking session today!
