The annual 🥮 Mid-Autumn Festival is coming soon. Every household is indispensable for Mid-Autumn Festival mooncakes. Students who haven’t got the skills to make mooncakes, hurry up and take advantage of this opportunity to learn a Flaky Taiwanese pastry with extraordinary taste made with rich salted egg yolks & superior-quality red bean paste.

What you'll learn
- How to process salted duck egg yolk.
- Preparation of dough
- Filling wrapping techniques
- Dough wrapping techniques & basic modelling for novelty design.
- How to avoid oil skin breaking during the wrapping process
- Controlling baking temperature and prevent novelty design from browning.

Just attended their Rainbow Cake Workshop this wkend, it was really fun n enjoyable! Brenda, Jane n didnt get the name of the other lady, they are all so warm n patient in teaching n guiding us.
