In this class, you’ll learn how to bake the delicious and trendy cookies that you often see in Korean cafes with Chef Sungmi from Korean. These cookies are packed with flavors that have become a hit in Korea and beyond!
1. Salty Original Galette Breton
A traditional French cookie with a flat, round shape and a good butter flavor. It is a cookie with a rum flavor.
2.Earl Grey Apple Yuzu Galette Bruton
Cookies made by making a space in the middle of Earl Grey Galette Bruton dough and filling it with apple yuzu compote.
3.Dulce Pican Fig American Cookies
Korean-style American cookies made by mixing sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, Valrhona dulce, figs, and roasted pecans in moderately whipped butter and baking them in small portions. The point is to bake the cookies without spreading them too much.
4. Chocolate Ganache American Cookies -Korean-style American cookies made by mixing sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, milk couverture, and roasted walnuts in moderately whipped butter and baking them in small portions. Cookies made by pressing the center of the cookies to make a space and filling them with ganache right after baking.
